To begin, Jonathan and Drew do not restore the entire property, instead concentrate on a few carefully selected areas. Not only that, but key moments are reshot in order to give the audience as much “drama” as possible. Finally, the brothers frequently exhibit homes that are out of their price range, prompting the couples to embark on a renovation project.
